By accessing attnex.ai or using the AttneX platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

AttneX provides inventory intelligence, operations automation, compliance verification, and related software services for licensed retail operators. We are not a point-of-sale system, state track-and-trace system, payroll provider, or legal compliance advisor.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Data and integrations

You authorize AttneX to access and process data from systems you connect via our integrations. You retain ownership of your data. We process it solely to provide our services.

Disclaimer

AttneX is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy in compliance verification, you remain ultimately responsible for regulatory compliance in your operations. AttneX does not guarantee prevention of violations, fines, or license actions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AttneX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
